- Determine client’s design preferences and requirements
- Prepare design boards to generally illustrate designer’s suggested interior design concepts, to include color schemes, interior finishes, wall coverings, floor coverings, ceiling treatments, lighting treatments and window treatments
- Prepare 2 layouts showing location of movable furniture and furnishings.
- Client recieves one (1) reselection per item.
- Prepare shopping list of selected items for purchase.
- Project fee paid upon start of project is not refundable after design work has begun.
- Excludes bathrooms and kitchens.
